Ken moved to Park City in 2004 to work at the National Ability Center. After several years of managing All Seasons Adventures, one of the local guiding companies, he and Cassie  founded Park City Property Management. Ken enjoys interacting with the owners of his properties and rental guests every day. He takes pride in making his property owners happy. He is steady, patient, hard working, and dedicated to providing for his family.

Cassie Beiler
Cassie is an artist and musician and a wonderful mother. She has an eye for details and design. If you are thinking of redecorating your property, she can help. Cassie is instrumental in helping our company to grow by thinking outside the box and thinking critically about our every day operations. 

Alice and Jesse
These two youngsters are the reason this company exists in the first place. Ken and Cassie want to provide the best possible life for their children, and building this company is a means to do just that. Their future is what Ken and Cassie work for.
